The bSure projector series from Philips now has a new model in its range: the bSure SVI Impact. With 1800 ANSI lumens, the bSure SVI Impact can project in daylight with clarity. This extra brightness, together with all the other features of the bSure range, makes it a favourable choice for corporate customers, medium-sized companies, as well as universities and schools.
The projector`s practical features include a long-lasting lamp, up to 3 000 hours, with an auto-standby feature to minimise wear and prolong use. The Philips Air System (PAS) keeps the projector cool even during prolonged use, as well as virtually silent at only 29dB.
Like the other bSure models, the SVI Impact contains SecurityMax anti-theft software, including a customisable, non-erasable start-up screen and a special `shut down` facility to disable the projector for unauthorised use.
"This new bSure model is packed with features that allow staff to use it easily and with confidence," comments Owen Patmore, sales manager: projectors at Philips SA. These features include one-touch operations, an intuitive on-screen interface and an ergonomic remote control.
Compatibility is also straightforward, with plug-and-play connections to virtually any computer.
Other features include SmartSet, Colour Tracking, One Cable Concept (USB and computer), SmartSave, a zoom lens, digital zoom, menu system, Keystone correction and the new FitScreen Solution, which maintains the 4:3 ratio essential for using an interactive whiteboard.
Equipped with Direct Component Input, the projector maintains the quality of the source material and is the future-proof solution for applications that demand high image integrity, such as DVD and HDTV.
"Because schools and small/medium-sized businesses find reliability a key issue, the bSure SVI Impact`s design, reliable construction and components keep it going strong and allows it to be handled with confidence in the roughest of environments. It has even been approved for home use," adds Patmore.
Further reassurance of reliability is provided by the bSure Impact`s global three-year warranty, which covers full parts and labour.
