The recent consolidation of ownership of empowered executive search consultancy Leaders Unlimited sees Brian Khumalo, founding partner of the company, take full control of the business.
The shareholding consolidation clears the way for the expansion of the company's portfolio beyond its renowned executive search capability. Specifically, the company will be marketing its Executive Coaching Services, its in-house Leadership Behaviour Assessment, and its Board Services as complementary, but standalone businesses. The new approach fundamentally changes the offering to be both more strategically aligned, and more holistic than the traditionally limited executive search company relationship.
Leaders Unlimited was incorporated in early 2002, and has since its inception successfully established itself as a premier provider of executive human capital solutions.
Khumalo is well known in the industry. He has many years' experience in global executive search consulting and has conducted high-level international and local searches in a wide range of industries, including telecoms, mining, financial services, and state-owned enterprises. In addition, Brian has a particular expertise in composition of boards and related board services through subsidiary Board Barometer.
