FOXit, an independent software vendor and Microsoft-certified Gold Partner across numerous competencies within the Microsoft Partner Network, has announced the appointment of Dierdre Strydom as the company's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), part of a series of changes that have been initiated at the rapidly expanding company.
The company is focused on helping clients leverage technology to improve their bottom line through the ability to manage complex projects utilising multiple disciplines and service providers.
FOXit promotes the use of Microsoft's Enterprise Project Management (EPM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to provide unique solutions to common issues. This approach provides visibility, accountability and control across all the areas of business, ultimately enhancing decision-making and the bottom line.
From inception, the company has grown into an established service provider that competes at the highest level, but will not rest on its laurels - the objective to constantly assess ways to use technology to make business processes more effective and do so at the lowest cost, with the most benefit, is always there.
Management believes the company has entered a new chapter in its development and is well positioned to take advantage of definite growth - particularly in light of a general increase in the understanding and appreciation of project and portfolio management, as well as enterprise project management in the corporate space.
Having served as the Human Resources Manager at FOXit since 2011, Strydom is well-versed in the value component the company presents, its core strengths, competencies and expertise. She also possesses the necessary technical and business insight that contribute to the overall business culture at FOXit, as well as its vision and mission going forward.
Moreover, Strydom has over 12 years' experience within the mining and construction sector. She believes the opportunity to help direct FOXit, as part of a focused, hard-working and passionate team, is one she will cherish for some time to come.

Included on her list of priorities is to reinforce and strengthen the company's presence in markets and to help identify opportunities to engage more clients and assist with incorporating key project management tools and techniques into the operation.
