Channel partners across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) can now benefit from Lenovo's Partner Network Programme, designed to up-skill channel partners and strengthen relations in the region.
According to the tech brand, the local introduction of the programme reflects Lenovo's commitment to equipping existing and new partners with knowledge and tools to enhance their relationships with the PC manufacturer. The programme includes access to a free online resource and a loyalty reward scheme.
"Our channel partners are fundamental to the success of our business as we strive towards becoming the number one PC manufacturer globally," said Graham Braum, country manager of Lenovo Africa. "The channel is our primary route to both the enterprise and consumer markets, and it is important our partners understand our products and capabilities."
Lenovo's channel strategy in the region rests on two pillars, which are intended to foster greater alignment between vendors and the company. The brand works closely with partners to provide local insight, ensure brand differentiation and to ensure the lines of communication between vendors, the channel and Lenovo are continually open.
The Partner Network Programme comprises three membership levels - Member, Premium and Gold Partner - and is designed to educate partners and potential members on the benefits of working with Lenovo. Loyal customers are rewarded through an updated membership status (Premium or Gold) whereby they are entitled to additional resources and benefits, says Lenovo.
"Our relationship with our partners is the crux of our success globally and in the region; we invest heavily in this relationship and ensure our product portfolio is designed to enable our partners to succeed. We are excited about the Lenovo Partner Network and look forward to the long-term results that will be seen from the support and help of our channel partners," Braum concludes.
