Level 1 six times for Ocular Technologies

Johannesburg, 27 Oct 2014

Ocular Technologies, a South African contact centre solutions provider, is pleased to announce it has retained its level one status in accordance with the Codes of Good Practice, issued in terms of the country's Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act. In addition, the company had maintained a procurement recognition level of 135%.

This is the sixth year that Ocular Technologies has been independently verified as a level-one contributor.

The 100% black-owned company has, since its formation, become a preferred partner for large-scale corporates, SMEs and government affiliates alike. Earlier this year, Ocular Technologies was also awarded the esteemed "Aspect 2014 Partner of the Year for Europe and Africa" award.

"Ocular Technologies realises the enormous benefits a level-one B-BBEE rating provides the company and our clients. Furthermore, we acknowledge the transformation and empowerment contribution we have achieved since our establishment in 2003," says Ebrahim Dinat, COO of Ocular Technologies.
