DM Dokumenten Management GmbH celebrates its 20th anniversary.
The company specialises in the development and implementation of lobodms, one of the leading document management systems (DMS) and enterprise content management (ECM) providers in the European market.
DM Dokumenten Management GmbH has become a company with employees at four locations around the world and numerous satisfied customers. Vast consulting and project experience is today the basis for successful DMS and ECM projects. The company prides itself on the broad partner network it has developed, which comprises partners from a wide variety of sectors.
It has been a long and intensive path to its current position in the European market for DM Dokumenten Management, which started out in April 1994 with the managing mirectors Harald Klingelh"oller, Jens Hobbie and Andreas Hairer at an informal meeting in a Munich beer garden. There, the trio decided to pool their "pocket money", as Klingelh"oller calls it, and start their own company.
Initially, the company acted as a provider of third-party systems - DMS Systemhaus - without developing its own products and interfaces. Due to the increasing demand for DMS solutions / knowledge, the field of activity of the DMS Systemhaus became that of a consulting company, which, among other things, provided support to the Deutschen B"orse, BWM and Wintershall. Over the course of its consulting activities, the team was increasingly faced with the challenge of developing interfaces themselves. From there emerged the first product generation, the DMS/XP1.
In 1996 the company continued to expand and founded a development company in Serbia, which in 1998 was expanded to an independent regional company. At the same time the second product generation followed this step - lobodms.
In 2010, lobosuisse was formed through the acquisition of Creorg in Switzerland and its restructuring. The acquired customers of Creorg, several municipalities, have continued to be looked after intensively. Its first "independent" project was Basellandschaftliche Geb"audeVersiche-rung. Other renowned customers such as the brewery Feldschl"osschen, the hospital in Solothurn, elipsLife and S"udostbahn followed.
