Logicalis Group, the international IT and communications services provider, and part of the Datatec Group, has secured a $12 million contract win in South America to design, supply and implement one of the region's largest network and communications infrastructures for one of the world's top 10 oil and gas enterprises operating in that region.
The project includes a substantial maintenance service element over the next two years.
The installation will take seven months and will include design and procurement of all the infrastructure such as mobile phone and Cisco equipment including 3000 IP telephony positions, LAN switching, WAN routing, wireless solutions, security solutions and IP contact centre.
