AdvanceNet today announced that L`Oreal, a leading distributor and manufacturer of cosmetics, has selected PivotaleRelationship 2000 (eBRM) to streamline their purchase order requisition process and to accommodate growing business requirements.
L`Oreal South Africa (Pty) Ltd was looking for a solution that would allow them to more efficiently control, track, monitor and report on the purchase orders being processed. Having looked at a number of solutions (including ERP systems), AdvanceNet`s Pivotal was chosen. Chris Hare, Account Manager at AdvanceNet and Tom Whittaker, Chief Operating Officer for L`Oreal agreed that through the use of Pivotal eRelationship Workflow capabilities, a solution could be designed that would increase speed and efficiency, reduce time and costs and empower employees to make decisions on information gathered, ultimately making the purchase order process more effective.
