Johannesburg, 16 Feb 2015

Local business solutions provider and One Channel partner, Lorge, has received several accolades at this year's Sage Summit Insights, its premier customer and partner event.

Awards included Sage ERP Africa Premium Dealer, Sage CRM Dealer of the Year, Sage Intelligence Dealer of the Year and Pacific Technologies South African Dealer of the Year.

The company's acting CEO, Jurgens Snyman, was overwhelmed by the recognition given by Sage. "We don't take our reputation for granted, Lorge's outstanding levels of service and support took years to achieve. We are ecstatic about these awards, it is true recognition for our efforts."

"One Channel is also fast establishing itself as Africa's foremost ERP service provider since introducing a new business software and ERP service delivery model. The company assembles resources on a project requirement basis and offers our customers the best ERP technology and skills available today," he adds.

One Channel CEO, Bernard Ford, is also thrilled about these awards. "Lorge has performed exceptionally well, the company clearly understands how to provide optimal value for its clients.

"By partnering with local firms like Lorge and working closely with them in formulating solutions for their customers, we are able to deliver what single reseller organisations can't. Our offering also involves independent software vendors and the best specialist resources available in the market today," he concludes.

One Channel (www.expertecherp.com)

One Channel, a division of Expertech ERP, understands the need for customers to realise the best return on investment from their ERP and line-of-business systems. It also knows that the cost and disruption of changing entire systems is sometimes not worth the benefit.

Its core principals and philosophies are simple, it believes customers are for life. More importantly, One Channel maintains that if a component of one's system is not broken, don't fix it. It always considers the deployment of best-of-breed, integrated components before considering the replacement of an entire system.

One Channel only uses qualified experts when implementing systems. It manages the implementation of any new component and ensures that customers get what they paid for.

The traditional service provider model forces customers to make a choice of only one vendor and in the process, they often compromise skills as suppliers cannot be masters of all the disciplines surrounding modern business software and systems.

One Channel is an association of industry experts, software reseller solution providers and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) developers & consultants. The company operates across the African continent and assembles resources on a project requirement basis, offering end-users the best technology and people available.

One Channel implements everything from core accounting, CRM, warehouse management and automation, mobile data collection, business intelligence, enterprise budgeting, e-commerce and content management, construction software, loan management systems and electronic document management solutions.

The company is completely unbiased and independent and supports numerous master vendors such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Syspro as well as many hardware and mobile platforms. Its clients include hundreds of small, medium and large corporations as well as government, NGOs and large multinational organisations.
