Lotus Gold Seminar focuses on Y2KM and collaboration

Lotus Development SA will host its quarterly Lotus Gold seminar in The Grand Palm Hotel, Gaborone, Botswana, September 5, 2000.

Addressing the role of collaborative technology, and the product and service innovations that extend the value of the collaborative infrastructure, the seminar will cover the following Knowledge Management (KM), Messaging and Collaboration and Unified Messaging and the products that support them:

In addition, Jenni Flinders, SMB Sales Manager, Lotus Development, will be giving a strategic overview of the company and the four key areas it is focussing on to ensure its customers achieve and sustain organisational effectiveness: Collaborative Infrastructure; Distributed Learning; Knowledge Management; and e-Collaborative Applications.

Mark Mallabone, Technical Sales Manager at Lotus will give an in depth insight into the messaging and collaboration and knowledge management paradigms, as well as the Lotus applications, such as Lotus Domino and Lotus Notes, iNotes access for Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Domino.Doc and Lotus QuickPlace, that support these methodologies.
