Lawson Software, the only provider of Self-Evident Applications (SEA) for e-business, has announced that it has won the Best in Showcase Beacon Award. The award was presented by Lotus Development this week at Lotusphere 2000 in Orlando, and recognises Lawson`s development of its Information Office Enterprise Portal Solution.
Based on Lawson`s Self-Evident Applications technology, Information Office Enterprise Portal utilises Domino Enterprise Connection Services (DECS) technology to provide real-time access to 100 percent of Lawson`s enterprise software application suites, Lotus personal productivity and collaborative application, complementary Domino-based software solutions and any Internet-connected data source.
