Lucent Technologies showcases CRM at Siltek Solutions Fair

Lucent Technologies will be showcasing its DEFINITY, CentreVu Advocate, Call Centre and CRM solutions at the Siltek Solutions Fair to be held from 18-20 January 2000 at Siltek Telecoms` offices in Midrand, Johannesburg.

According to Michael Aitken, MD of Siltek Telecoms, the event is targeted at Lucent Technologies and Siltek`s Value Added Resellers, the broader channel and end users. "The Solution Fair will showcase the latest products in the voice market in an exhibition format. A conference programme featuring both business and technical product briefings will be running concurrently with the Fair," he says.

According to Aitken, Siltek decided to host its own exhibition in order to focus on the delegates: "It`s easier to devote quality time to the right delegates at a small, focused Fair," says Aitken. He adds, "The timing was also right, because Lucent is launching several new products, as well as its annual channel sales incentive programme."

The Fair offers delegates an opportunity to preview some of the most recently released world-class products from Lucent Technologies in the voice market.
