"This is the third year we have produced this report and there are some significant changes to the trends that we had noticed in previous years," commented Laurence Grubb, Managing Director of Mabili Reward.
"In particular, the numbers for non-executive directors have changed dramatically, as one would expect with the redefinition and implications associated with these roles."
