Madge Networks, a global network solutions provider, has accredited SARCOM as the first Madge Authorized Service Partner (MASP) in the US. The award reflects SARCOM`s high quality of service, commitment and support for customers of Madge Token Ring and ATM products.
SARCOM qualified for the MASP program by meeting stringent high standards for Madge product and technology support. Its engineers completed a comprehensive training curriculum to become Madge Certified Service Engineers (MCSE), qualifying them to install, configure and maintain Madge Token Ring networks. The company, which already sells Madge Token Ring adapters, will be reselling Smart DeskStream", Smart Ringswitch Express" and Smart Ringswitch Plus" Token Ring switches as well as Madge` s High Speed Token Ring and ATM solutions.
