Magic SA, distributed in South Africa by JSE-listed EC-Hold company Exsol, has announced the formation of their Professional Services Division (PSD). Magic PSD will provide resources, core support, training, maintenance and consultation to South African companies and government organisations. "The launch of Magic PSD forms part of our strategic plans for Magic SA," says Alon Goren, Magic SA professional services manager. "This is in keeping with our commitment to delivering service excellence to our customers and assisting them in meeting enterprise-level challenges head-on."
This development will allow Magic SA customers to benefit from the hands-on experience and skills that its consultants have gained in implementing Magic on multiple tiers, platforms, databases and operating systems. The Magic PSD will also be able to support clients in all phases of Magic application development, turnkey projects and troubleshooting of potential problems. "We are confident that this will be a step in the right direction to ensuring that our customers and partners receive the support and mentoring they deserve, and in achieving our goal as the technology of choice for enterprise-wide application development and deployment," continues Goren.
