Magix Integration has signed a partnership with premier SAP partner, Silverhedge One Solutions (Silverhedge) to provide and support iBOLT Special Edition in SA. iBOLT Special Edition was designed specifically as a comprehensive integration suite for SAP Business One.
SAP Business One has been designed to offer ERP functionality to the SME market without the complexities usually involved in enterprise installations. iBOLT supports this goal by allowing developers to more easily integrate third-party or custom-developed applications into their ERP system.
"Many companies want to integrate their technical solutions and SAP Business One to allow for streamlined business processes and easier management of their infrastructure," says Amir Lubashevsky, CEO of Magix Integration. "iBOLT seamlessly handles the critical business integration needs of smaller companies and provide a cost-effective, unified platform for a variety of critical processes."
With iBOLT, the time normally required for implementation and integration projects is reduced, making SAP Business One more flexible and powerful, as well as even better suited to the requirements of the SME market.
"The choice of iBOLT was a natural one for Silverhedge," adds Chris Wentzel, solutions partner manager for Silverhedge. "There are no other tools on the market able to offer the same integration capabilities. The system includes a wide range of ready-made business and IT functionality such as extended workflows, composite applications, multi-channel access and interoperability to make integration with SAP Business One as easy and reliable as possible.
"iBOLT is implemented via intuitive, user-friendly tools - including wizards, drag-and-drop actions and tables. Seamless connections with enterprise applications are enabled through iBOLT and third-party connectors, as well as customised connectors created using iBOLT`s standards-based development framework. As an open system, these solutions can be deployed on any hardware, operating system or database technology.
The partnership is effective immediately. Magix has already trained Silverhedge`s consultants, with the departmental leader having received extended training in Israel. In turn, Silverhedge will be the primary trainer and service supplier for iBOLT in SA. The company will also offer first-level support, with Magix South Africa and Magic Software Israel backing Silverhedge up with more complex support.
Wentzel concludes that the partnership between Silverhedge and Magix enhances the openness of SAP Business One and adds to the power of its software development kit by allowing developers to more easily customise and extend their solutions and third-party applications to include SAP Business One. "Using iBOLT, integration becomes simpler and faster, and better suited to the SME market."
