SkillsTrac, a recent addition to the community of companies at the maxum Business Incubator at The Innovation Hub, are providers of Online SkillsTrac - a cost effective, integrated Internet-based performance and competence monitoring solution which goes by the same name.
This innovative online solution incorporates best practices and the latest technologies in online forms for the collection and collation of relevant performance management and competence assessment information. It has the ability to automatically prepare performance agreements and personal development plans, as well as a company workplace skills plan and annual training report for submission to the relevant SETA.

Kloppers, along with the other two directors, Dr Annelize Pretorius and Helene de Ridder, come from a human resources background, from where they identified the need for a cost effective, internally managed, integrated electronic solution for performance and competence monitoring.
The SkillsTrac system is hassle free, easy to maintain and the lowest cost solution of its nature in the SA market. As an off-site hosted web-based application, there are no expensive connectivity and system set up costs and no initial or ongoing consultant dependency. Users pay only for what they use for as long as they choose to use it. Added to this, the system is fire-walled and guarantees data security and confidentiality, reliability and full disaster recovery capability.
According to Kloppers, after one and a half years of intensive development, the SkillsTrac solution is ready for roll-out. For the SkillsTrac team, the Hub is an ideal home.
