Management buys Stonewall

The management team at Cape-based digital marketing and design agency Stonewall has acquired the company from its owners.

Ben Wagner, the company's business director, led the management buyout from previous owners Moshe and Ashley Adir.

Wagner has put together a new management team, with Jacques Nel as MD.

Stonewall has extended its focus to the Johannesburg market over the last two years.

It is also in the process of finalising a black empowerment deal in which it will sell a third of its shares.
