Mastech to participate in `Get Smart` seminars

Expected to educate about Improving Customer Interaction Effectiveness

Mastech Corporation, a leading worldwide provider of information technology (IT) services, today announced it will be presenting at several venues of Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories`, "Get Smart" educational seminar series. Featuring presentations, case studies and product demonstrations, the seminar series will educate attendees on the role of call/contact center applications in improving customer service.

Mastech`s role will be to educate attendees about how to use the Internet to improve customer interaction effectiveness by expanding communications channels, including the Web, e-mail and video. Other topics Mastech will explore include enhancing the knowledge and efficiency of customer service agents and leveraging customer information throughout the enterprise.

"Any organization seeking to improve customer service through enterprise interaction management will get the value of discovering how leading IT organizations are managing and optimizing customer relationships," said Rob Lang, Director of Mastech`s Customer Interaction Management Practice (CIM). Lang is scheduled to speak at "Get Smart" seminars slated for Minneapolis, MN, Seattle, WA, and Phoenix, AZ. Eric Carlson, Technical Manager of CIM, will also be a seminar presenter.
