Maverick joins AspenTech network

Maverick Technologies, a global engineering, systems integration and operational consulting firm, has joined Aspen Technology's partner network, reports Sys-Con Media.

The company signed a channel sales agreement for aspenOne Production Management & Execution, aspenOne Advanced Process Control, and aspenOne Operator Training Simulators. As a systems integrator partner, Maverick will have access to AspenTech process manufacturing solutions and services.

Maverick will leverage its project execution methodologies, development skills, process optimisation and workflow expertise, advanced process control offerings, and operator training and simulation experience to integrate AspenTech services and solutions for its process manufacturing customers.

A lack of skilled workers in Queensland's engineering and manufacturing sector could cripple the state's economy with related and supplier industries feeling the after effect if businesses don't invest in their people now, writes Queensland Business Review.
