Continuing its momentum and strong foothold in the small and medium business (SMB) market, Maximizer Software (TSX: MAX), the leading provider of simple, accessible customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, today announced the successful adoption of Maximizer CRM 10.
In its first month of general availability, November 2007, over 690 leading organisations purchased or upgraded a total of over 12 500 seats of Maximizer CRM 10.
"Our mission is to provide the very best CRM software and services that ultimately help SMBs grow," said John Caputo, President, Maximizer Software. "Our success with Maximizer CRM 10 is a direct reflection of our solid leadership and commitment to developing products that are simple, accessible and provide the best value for our customers."
Market demand from existing and new customers was largely based on the introduction of enterprise-level features such as mobile CRM access, increased business intelligence, and on-demand sales and professional coaching.
"Locally, South African companies are adopting Maximizer CRM because of its legendary ease-of-use, affordability, and the comfort of knowing that it has the pedigree of a stable innovative organisation of Maximizer Software behind it that has been dedicated to CRM solutions for over 20 years. This, together with Camsoft's 12 years of CRM experience, Authorised Business Partner of Maximizer in SA, helped Camsoft achieve Maximizer Software's 2007 award for the most new licences sold as well as the Africa Business Partner of the year award," comments Mark Annett, National Manager, Camsoft Solutions.
Increased mobility
Having sold more than one million licences, the company developed Maximizer CRM 10 to reflect the growing sophistication of SMBs - competing globally and with large enterprises. MaxMobile for BlackBerry offers increased mobility and provides BlackBerry smartphone users access to their customers, leads, schedules, sales deals and forecasts, and service cases directly on their handset, through wired or wireless synchronisation.
Also added are enhancements to Windows Mobile devices, which support various Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone devices, including MotorolaQ and Samsung BlackJack, among others.
Business intelligence
Allowing for increased visibility into valuable business data, Maximizer CRM 10 provides enhanced reporting, including more than 175 out-of-the-box reports, improved dashboards, Vista Gadget desktop dashboards, and a key partnership with 90 Degree Software. Through the 90 Degree Radius90 collaborative reporting platform and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Maximizer CRM 10 business users are now more easily able to search, share, collaborate and create reporting assets with an easy Office-like interface.
On-demand sales and professional coaching
Providing a gateway to on-demand, immediate expert advice through its interface, Maximizer CRM 10 now includes sales and professional coaching from CanDoGo. Through this partnership, Maximizer customers can access advice via the Web, from leading experts on business or professional topics such as sales negotiation, proposals, leadership and motivation. Users can leverage advice and coaching from more than 150 authors, speakers and professional trainers including Zig Ziglar, Tom Hopkins and Tony Parinello, in text, audio and video formats.
