The IT distribution group has named Pierre Spies, CEO of Tarsus Technologies, and Anton Herbst, CEO of Advanced Channel Technologies, as executive directors to the main board.
Glenn Fullerton, CEO of MB Technologies, says both of the appointees' knowledge of and experience in the various areas of the local IT industry will strengthen the company's board.
“Their insight will assist the group in its future growth plans,” Fullerton adds.
“Their collective insights and experiences will be vital contributors to the success of the group,” notes chairman Leo Baxter.
