Mega named leader

Forrester Research has named Mega International a leader in its just-published April 2007 report, "The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Architecture Tools, Q2 2007," according to Techwhack.com.

Forrester looked at 35 vendors and surveyed 196 enterprise architects. IT named Mega International as one of the five leading EA tool vendors.

The company scored tops for simulation and analysis, and publishing. According to the report, "Mega best suits firms mixing top-down and change management approaches".

Technical Architecture Solutions (TAS) says it will feature its expertise in total enterprise virtualisation solutions at the VMware Beyond Boundaries roadshows that they are co-sponsoring this month, reports eMediawire.

The company says total enterprise virtualisation combines server virtualisation and storage virtualisation solutions, to create a complete solution that extends the virtualisation layer, its benefits and savings, across the entire enterprise from storage to server to desktop.
