Mercury Interactive Corporation has, for the second consecutive year, achieved a `strong positive` vendor rating by Gartner, a research and advisory firm. Mercury is the only vendor to have received an overall `strong positive` rating by Gartner for two consecutive years.
The Gartner Research Report, `Vendor Rating Update: Mercury Ascending`, gave Mercury `strong positive` rankings for financial strength, executive leadership, product and service offerings and superior customer support. It also gives Mercury `positive` rankings in corporate strategy, sales, marketing and technology. The report provides details on Mercury`s business technology optimisation strategy.
"We are honoured to be recognised by Gartner again," said Magda Engelbrecht of Mercury SA. "This acknowledges Mercury`s strength in the market and the quality of our offerings."
Gartner`s vendor rating research methodology focuses on providing enterprises with a single source for finding out Gartner`s opinion of a given company and providing insight, analysis and advice on key indicators of a vendor`s overall status. Gartner awards the strong positive rating for strength in corporate viability and strategy, market offerings, sales execution, and customer service and support.
