Merger takes SAP software specialist 4most to new heights

Leading Gauteng supplier and implementer of SAP Business One and ERP business software and technology solutions, 4most, and the Pretoria-based business and information technology solutions consultancy, Fabian Consulting, have merged into a single entity under the 4most brand.

“Within our strategy, the Fabian Consulting brand is being absorbed into 4most, which will provide the merged company with the great advantage of offering the market competency, expertise and many man-years of experience in the overall SAP environment,” said majority shareholder Marius Fabian, who recently purchased 4most from the Logic Group.

“We are now able to provide, under our new 4most banner, a full suite of SAP software solutions expertise relating to SAP R3 in the large company space, SAP Business All-In-One in the medium-sized environment, and SAP Business One in the small business sector.”

Fabian added that he saw the major advantage of the integration as being the “significant degree” to which the company's overall capability will be extended in providing SME businesses with proven business management, production, financial and accounting software solutions and services under the 4most brand.

“We differentiate ourselves through our back-to-basics approach in the development of relationships with our clients. Business software is a constantly evolving field in terms of changes and challenges. Keeping up with technology is both urgent and critical for us and for our clients.”

Eugene Olivier, a shareholder and managing director of 4most, said both organisations had always focused on quality and innovative services directed into the business processes, products and services of clients.

He added that 4most had always offered value-added input to assist clients. “We expect that our innovation, quality, project management and training capabilities will be further enhanced now that we have the benefit of the know-how and development expertise resident in Fabian Consulting.

“Specific added value will come from their experience in assisting clients in fields such as business transformation, re-engineering and the ongoing development of technical resources, infrastructure and projects.”

The existing Fabian data centre that will be incorporated into 4most will enable the company to provide hosting and other added-value services to customers. “This coming together is giving us a stronger base to the extent that we will now also establish branches in Zambia and Malawi to complement the 4most branch that is already operating in Botswana,” said Fabian.
