The MGE Pulsar range comprises four categories of products. The entry level EL 2, EL 4 and EL 7 UPSs are ideal for standalone applications and for individual users, ranging from basic desktop PCs to more complex multimedia systems.
The ES+ range is an affordable and easily installed small business solution. Each unit comes bundled with the Solution-Pac management software for unattended shutdowns. Available models are the ES2+, ES5+, ES8+,and ES11+.
The next level is the ESV+ range of line-interactive UPSs, designed to protect a company`s servers and network equipment. The Solution-Pac/WAN software for integration with the major platform environments makes these systems particularly suited to multi-site operating system (heterogeneous) configuration sites. What`s more, the UPS is designed to optimise management of an installed base, and modular solutions are available to adapt to changes in your information system. This range now also has four power ratings of rack mount UPSs.
The last of the Pulsar range is the EX range. This includes power ratings from 700VA to 4 000VA and is of the double conversion online technology. These modular online units are ideal for protection of any sophisticated computer applications and telecommunication systems. There are four output options to choose from to suit your installation requirements. Extended battery options are available to give maximum uptime in the event of extended power failures.
The Comet range (5 to 30 kVA power ratings) meets centralised protection needs like those of multi-user systems connected to servers and mini-computer systems. This range incorporates the most advanced UPS technology and also enables many software enhancements. All the MGE units are compact, efficient and very quiet.
