Micro Ices has successfully implemented and managed performance evaluations for 15+ business units within SCMB`s head office in Johannesburg, including treasury, specialist, support and back-office areas. The solution was implemented using the core functionality of Micro Ices`s 360 Online System.
Barbara Bates, Manager - Human Resources Division, initiated the implementation of the system in November 2002 and says: "Micro Ices has provided us with an automated solution that is efficient and effective, eliminating the hassles that comes with a paper-based, manual process. * Electronic reports displaying graphical and tabulated results by relationship per individual.
