B-Logic, a company specialising in IT management services, today announced that Miltons Matsemela, a law firm focused on property law and conveyancing, has chosen to continue contracting with B-Logic to manage all its IT systems, including the inter-office communications and telecommunications facilities and capabilities.
"Prior to the involvement of B-Logic, our service provider only looked after the IT aspects of our business and didn't co-ordinate all the other electronic aspects, such as inter-office communications and telecommunications," commented Milton Koumbatis, Senior Director at Miltons Matsemela. "Early in 2012, the situation had deteriorated to such an extent that the third party software that we are obliged to use for our business had overwhelmed our server and had impacted all the work stations in our network to such an extent that it was seriously jeopardising our immediate and future activity.
"B-Logic performed minor miracles and changed all that for us, and became our 'one-stop shop' for all issues, regardless of whether it was an IT or communications-orientated one," continued Koumbatis. "We now have a stable server with modern software and are exploiting the benefits of utilising VOIP for the majority of our communications needs. The decision to partner with B-Logic has paid off handsomely in terms of business stability and productivity, but in addition, it has provided us with the 'peace of mind' that allows us to move forward into the future with great confidence."
