mySolutions, which represents Mind CTI in southern Africa, is proud to announce that the fully Cisco certified TMS system, PhonEX One, has become part of the Cisco Industry Solutions Partner Network (ISPN).
This will allow various Cisco partners to claim additional discounts when selling the PhonEX One system in conjunction with the Cisco hardware.
The Cisco ISPN is a global initiative, providing Cisco with channel partners offering network-centric technology solutions in conjunction with business application developers and industry experts.
The ISPN is designed to promote services and products that enhance the functionality of the Cisco hardware by giving clients the value added benefits provided by third-party partners such as Mind CTI. Cisco has introduced an incentive programme entitling its channel partners to discounts. The Cisco Incentive Programme is based on structuring a repeatable solutions practice around a pre-qualified ISPN application.
Over the past years, Mind CTI has worked closely with Cisco to ensure its product is fully certified on all the Cisco Call Managers. It is this close co-operation that assures clients of Mind CTI products' precision and accuracy. This longstanding relationship between Cisco and Mind CTI paved the way for Mind CTI to be added to the ISPN. The ISPN was developed by Cisco to enhance its systems with the use of third-party vendors, with the result that they could offer their clients a complete solution that ensured maximum utilisation and functionality of their Cisco system.
PhonEX One is a TMS that not only allows for accurate reporting from an enterprise viewpoint, but right through to a single user and device. It also allows organisations to run various other scenarios, such as a 'what if scenario', as an aid to strategic decision-making. As it is Web access, the ease of use - as well as the actual drawing up of reports - is uncomplicated and trouble-free. It also has a dashboard functionality giving a quick overview of the environment. A characteristic of PhoenEX One is that it is fully scalable as well as centrally controlled in organisations with a wide geographical layout. Resellers of Cisco hardware would be required to prepare a go-to-market and, once this has been completed and approved, they would be entitled to the abovementioned discounts.
