MNR Solutions has entered into a distribution partnership with international e-business software group Merant.
After having a local presence for over a year, London- and Nasdaq-listed e-business software company Merant has formed a strategic distribution and working partnership with local company MNR Solutions.
MNR was founded in 1998 after the consultants involved developed the BMW Motorplan system. It now specialises in software sales and support, and outsourcing and consulting.
MNR will distribute Merant Data Direct, EnterpriseLink, MicroFocus and Merant PVCS products.
The staff from the local division of Merant will operate out of the same offices as MNR and MNR directors say the company is hoping to strengthen ties between the companies in the near future.
