MobileMedia Ideas, HTC settle litigation

MobileMedia Ideas (MMI) announced today that HTC Corporation (HTC) has entered into a licence under MMI's patents.

As a result, MMI's patent enforcement action against HTC and its affiliates before the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has been resolved.

The patents in the MMI portfolio include those patents that a jury in the United States District Court in Delaware previously (December 2012) found valid and infringed by Apple's iPhones (see http://www.mobilemediaideas.com/MMIApplePrsRls12.13.12.pdf).
