Mobility, CRM seminars in KZN and the Cape

By Camsoft Solutions
Johannesburg, 03 Sept 2009

In association with BlackBerry, Maximizer Software and Camsoft are hosting half-day seminars on mobility and CRM in Durban and Cape Town, on 16 and 17 September respectively.

The seminars, which are free to attend with pre-registration, are intended to guide attendees through everything they need to know about mobile CRM, from the importance of mobility in today's marketplace, the benefits mobile CRM can deliver to an organisation, as well as practical tips for incorporating mobile business systems into a business strategy.

Mobile access to customer information is no longer a luxury, and is an essential tool that improves productivity, enhances customer retention and has a positive impact on an organisation's bottom line.

A recent report: “Enterprise Mobile Applications: A Study of Strategies and Adoption Trends”, by J Gold & Associates, predicts a 71% increase in smartphone access to corporate applications over the next year, and a 200% increase in smartphone adoption over the next three years.

The seminars are suited to principals, MDs, senior management and those with responsibility for sales, marketing, customer service and IT. People wanting to attend need to pre-register by contacting Camsoft on 0800 616 765 or by e-mail on nelia@camsoft.co.za.
