Momentum, the insurance operating subsidiary and fund management holding company of the FirstRand Group, has this month launched its own Internet connectivity offering, called Momentum Net, to members as part of its Multiply benefits scheme.
“Everyone is offering their clients Internet connectivity these days, so we needed to pair with an Internet hosting company that would set us apart from the clutter in the market,” says Carel Bosman, Brand Manager at Momentum. “Branded Internet was the obvious choice as they are formidable players in the market that we feel confident will provide a premium service to our members.”
The service Carel Bosman is referring to will see Momentum members enjoying top quality ADSL service and customer care through Branded Internet's ISP management system and friendly 24-hour call centre. In addition to the ADSL broadband offering, clients will receive a Momentum Net mailbox and have the option of obtaining their ADSL line, removing the need for the client to liase with Telkom. Branded Internet will also handle all of Momentum Net's billing.
