MWEB Business Online Spend Management, powered by Fraxion, is a solution that enables businesses to manage, control and analyse expenditure and cash outflows in real-time.

Online Spend Management comprises a suite of four modules and utilises a single interface to create requisitions, regardless of a company`s back-office system:
* Purchase requests: Enables companies to take control of and manage costs relating to various spend categories.
* Leave requests: This category accommodates, manages and reports on the various categories of leave (sick, annual and compassionate leave)
* Travel requests: Enables employees to request a business trip by providing a proposed travel itinerary that accommodates and reports on the various categories of travel, eg, flights, accommodation and car hire.
* Expense reports: The employee reimbursement module enables companies to manage and report on the various categories of expenses, eg, client entertainment and mileage.
Online Spend Management has been designed to integrate with existing accounting platforms.
