mySolutions, CSS announce partnership in SA

mySolutions, an IT service provider specialising in various aspects such as development, administration, consulting and support, has signed a partnership with CSS (Cybernet-Slash Support), a global technology operations management (TOM) company.

mySolutions will now offer IT services in the areas of consumer support and enterprise technology support, software testing and development and remote infrastructure management (RIM) services in the South African market.

The partnership will target government organisations, banks, retail and manufacturing companies in Africa with its full range of services.

Through the partnership with CSS, mySolutions will also now have access to technology skills, process optimisation and resources to offer services demonstrating delivery of significant ROI.

The South African IT market is expected to expand in 2009 on the back of favourable economic development, even through the current global downturn.
