SMS communication is a significant part of the lives of most populations of the world. We communicate on practical matters, gossip, handle emergencies and keep in touch with family members.
SMS is also a powerful commercial communication tool and keeps consumers in touch with their favourite brands and products, as well as maintaining commercial relationships between the public and companies.
The mobile market has consequently been flooded with SMS sending systems. Few can, however, compare with the multitude of features offered by myTXT. myTXT allows companies to get their message across just right.
Firstly, the look and feel is alike to a desktop application, which makes the system incredibly user-friendly. myTXT enables you to import your contacts to the system. These contacts can then be organised into groups. You will be able to send messages to these contacts or groups by simply typing the first part of the contact or group name into an auto-complete field.
The system also caters for personalised messages, and custom fields may simply be specified to create a unique user experience. Recipients can even reply to SMSes. Full reporting is available on all sent and received messages. Very large batches may be imported as CSV files. Messages may be scheduled to go to specific groups at specific times.
One may also opt to integrate with myTXT - the SMS to FTP. myTXT is able to copy files from a client's internal systems and convert these log files into SMS messages. White labelling is also possible, which will allow clients to get all the myTXT features built into their own systems. Contacts can be created via API, which means you can integrate your system with myTXT to store your contacts in the myTXT system in any groups you like.
In addition to being a fully customisable SMS sending tool, short codes may also be added to accounts on request. These short codes may be routed to multiple inboxes and may also be used for campaigns and opinion polls.
The most outstanding feature is, however, that it allows the sending of attachments with SMSes. To use this feature, the user would upload up to three files to the system. The myTXT system then hosts the uploaded files and creates a shortened link (URL) to the file. These short links are then included in the SMS message.
myTXT is a no mess, no fuss solution, with no contracts or monthly fees involved, you only pay for the SMSes you send.
