As the VeriSign affiliate for the African continent, NamITech has successfully implemented a new product, VeriSign Go Secure! For Lotus Notes R5/R6. NamITrust, the enterprise security solutions provider within the company, completed the implementation.
VeriSign Go Secure! is a 24x7, enterprise-class digital certificate service that enables universal secure emailing using Lotus Notes R5/R6 and VeriSign`s global digital certificate services.
According to Maeson Maherry, General Manager at NamITrust, securing corporate e-mail needs to be considered a top priority by organisations.
"With e-mail becoming the effective business tool it has, more and more valuable business information is being communicated via this medium," says Maherry.
