NavisionDamgaard and Aston Group have announced a key account agreement with Xerox Europe. According to the agreement, Xerox Europe and Aston Group will market a solution based on Navision Financials and customised by Aston Group to Xerox`s more than 600 concessionaires across 15 countries in Europe.
The solution consists of a front-office customer relationship management system and a back office enterprise resource planning system that will link the Xerox concessionaires to Xerox Europe.
The solution serves a variety of purposes for Xerox and the concessionaires: it handles contact management, sales management and products; supports sales cycles; tracks Xerox machines in the field and facilitates sharing leads generated by Xerox Europe with the concessionaires. Furthermore, the solution is linked to Xerox`s own Document Management system DocuShare.
"This agreement proves that Aston Group`s vision of establishing an international group of expert teams is the right strategy. We have combined the variety of skills necessary to customize a complicated solution that does the job in the customer`s back office as well as in the front office," says Bjarne Soballe, Corporate Executive for International Navision solutions, Aston Group.
"For NavisionDamgaard, the agreement with Xerox and Aston Group is a significant achievement and an important part of our efforts to add large, international corporations to our customer base," says Ole Hansen, Director, International Key Accounts, NavisionDamgaard.
Russell Peacock, general manager of Xerox Europe`s Concessionaire network, says: "The Concessionaire network, growing at 25 percent, is one of the fastest growing areas within Xerox Europe. As these independent businesses grow, they need help in managing the growth efficiently. Xerox is committed to supporting them in both developing and managing their businesses and the Navision solution, in which we have invested significantly, is part of our commitment."
