Nedcor Limited selects PIC Solutions for collections research

Nedcor Limited, the largest banking group on the African continent, has awarded a credit and risk research assignment to PIC Solutions.

This assignment involves research into South African and international credit and collections best practices, benchmarking of industry credit lifecycle trends and recommendations for the optimisation of collections resources to maximise profitability.

This research phase will also include an investigation of predictive dialler technologies - including best of breed systems and call centre strategies. The research will result in a detailed evaluation report and a set of benchmarks will be delivered to Nedbank`s senior management. The final phase of the assignment will be to workshop the reports findings and recommendations with the bank`s personnel.

With the awarding of this assignment by Nedbank, PIC Solutions has now established consulting relationships with all of the `Big Four Banks` in SA. A number of these relationships have been established for a number of years and are ongoing in nature, across a broad range of services, including credit and risk consulting, credit systems support, analytical and scorecard developments.
