Leading search and recruitment company NeilsonYoung Consulting officially opens a branch in Durban on 3 March 2008.
The branch will be a fully functional replica of the highly successful Johannesburg head office and from the outset will be able to provide KwaZulu-Natal-based clients the same high levels of service that NeilsonYoung has become synonymous with.
"In order to better service our clients who have nationwide requirements, we have decided to begin opening branches in key regions. Durban is the first and we intend to follow this up with a branch in the Cape shortly," comments Managing Director, Dusten Young.
Although the branch only officially opens its doors in March, NeilsonYoung has operated a satellite branch in the KZN region for almost a year now - the success of which has led to the decision to commit completely to the region and provide a full service.
The branch will initially be staffed by three full time consultants backed up by a professional support team and managed by Young himself.
"The demand for skills continues to grow and the coastal regions are no exception," he says. "We believe we will be able to increase the level of service to our existing clients by having regional representation. In addition, we will be able to offer our service to new clients in the region."
NeilsonYoung Consulting recently achieved the highest possible empowerment rating, AAA+, through EmpowerDEX and has grown significantly in terms of operational capacity.
"With a local team in place we will be in the ideal position to understand our client's unique needs and act immediately on their requirements," concludes Young.
