Neotel has announced new voice and data packages for consumers under the umbrella of 'NeoConnect Home'.
Packages include NeoConnect Home, Home Plus, Home Executive and updates for its Datacard solutions.
Neotel MD and CEO Sunil Joshi says: “In response to feedback received from our customers for multiple-user data access, we have created an all-in-one voice and data solution with rolling month-to-month packaged data, ensuring users derive maximum benefit from their service.”
The NeoConnect Home package includes Neotel's new cordless home phone, as well as a NeoGo Datacard. The bundle is available on a month-to-month, 12-month and 24-month basis.
Included in the package is a bundled offer of 50 anytime, any network voice minutes, as well as 5GB of data. Packages start from R299 for a 24-month contract.
“NeoConnect Home customers can use their phones and data cards wherever Neotel coverage is available,” says Neotel.
“With routers included in the NeoConnect Home Plus and NeoConnect Home Executive offers, home users will also be able to share a single Neotel data connection between multiple computers simultaneously.”
The Home Executive package also includes a standalone WiFi router. Both offers include 100 voice minutes and 5GB of data. Pricing starts form R399 for the Home Plus package and R499 for the Home Executive package.
In addition to the new products, Neotel has updated its Datacard offerings. The NeoGoDatacard, with 2GB data, is available for R399, with a monthly cost of R99.
The 3G option has a monthly recurring fee of R179 (including the device fee) and is available on a 12-month contract.
“Neotel offers its customers the choice of pre-or-post-paid payment plans with identical voice call rates,” concludes Joshi.
