NetActive Business Services, an Internet Services division of NetActive Limited, has formalised its relationship with Infor Business Solutions SA, the subsidiary of German-based Infor Business Solutions AG, in a joint venture (JV), which aims to provide a `one-stop shop` for Internet services, with a specific focus on SMEs, wishing to become Web-enabled.
NetActive provides SMEs with turnkey solutions and specialises in meeting all Internet and networking requirements from corporate connectivity, hosting and e-commerce solutions, through to network outsourcing services.
The deal, which was facilitated through NetActive`s Connectivity Business Unit, sees NetActive provide its connectivity expertise to complement Infor:COM`s - Infor`s Internet Business Application. Infor:COM provides a complete, non-industry-specific business management solution based on Internet technology, that efficiently supports all the business processes used within a company.
The Connectivity Business Unit of NetActive offers dial-up, ISDN and leased line connectivity options to the SME market, offering value added services, such as QOS on leased line bandwidth, secure firewalls and customised billing for bandwidth, which will be provided to Infor`s clients.
