Netsurit has been reaping awards and increasing customer satisfaction exponentially since implementing Kaseya's managed services solutions.
With a predominately SME customer base, Netsurit has made it onto a global list of the world's best managed service providers as its most recent accolade - and it its only one of two South African companies to do so since the awards started.
“I am very passionate about entrepreneurship and the role that small and medium business enterprises play in the South African economy," says Orrin Klopper, CEO of Netsurit. "Netsurit is a proudly South African company and the core of our business is to empower this market through technology and enable them to achieve their business objectives.
"Using Kaseya's scalable solutions makes it possible for us to really deliver on our promises to clients. We are particularly keen to implement the new SME solutions from Kaseya and, unlike the other companies we tried, Kaseya has a strong local presence.
“Having worked with Kaseya's products and team for some time now, the single most important and valuable difference it has made to my business is automation," he adds. "It increases customer satisfaction and reduces the amount of time we need to spend fixing on site. As a result, support costs for customers do not become excessive.”
For Klopper and his company, delivery is as vital as cutting costs for customers, something Kaseya allows them to do. Since implementing Kaseya's services, customer satisfaction has increased to more than 70%, while costs have reduced dramatically.
Netsurit's Total Technology Value (TTV) strategy has three pillars: automation, standardisation and control. Kaseya serves the automation part of this strategy. “Kaseya's solutions give us the scalability we require and helps our customers benefit from Netsurit's 12 years of experience in reducing operational costs for SME businesses," says Klopper.
"Today's volatile economic conditions and fierce competition demand that businesses look at areas where they can cut costs and any business should have an objective to keep their costs lean, which is our specialty."
