Network Alliance: new office, new business partner

Johannesburg, 10 Dec 2009

Network Alliance, a well-known Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and provider of ICT solutions to small and medium enterprises in Gauteng, recently opened an office in Cape Town. The investment in a local office is closely aligned with the company's strategic decision to expand its operations to Cape Town and, potentially, other areas of the Western Cape.

The company's presence in Cape Town has enabled it to expand its service offering to its existing SLA customers, many of who have regional offices in Cape Town.

Raymond Wright, Founder and Managing Director, says: “Our decision to open an office in Century City was driven primarily by our desire to be located in close proximity to the majority of our existing customers, thereby ensuring expedited response times and greater control over the standard of our service delivery.”

In addition to providing support, consulting and project management services to its existing customers, Network Alliance intends to adopt an aggressive approach towards customer acquisition and business development, a key driver of which will be the establishment of partnerships with prominent stakeholders in the local ICT industry. To this end, the company recently concluded a business partnership with Highland Rental Finance.

“The partnership with Highland is a perfect fit, and will allow us to explore mutually beneficial synergies. We were impressed by Highland's knowledge of and experience in the ICT environment, the dynamism of its experienced management team, and its service offering. The current economic climate has forced companies to defer projects that require significant capital expenditure. Our partnership with Highland will enable us to design and deliver cost-effective, flexible and, most importantly, economically viable solutions for our customers,” said Raymond Wright.
