Dubai-based Network International LLC has signed a CredITMentor software services contract with PIC Solutions.
Network International, the third-party processing subsidiary of Emirates Bank, offers a complete range of credit and debit card processing, merchant acquiring and e-commerce services to clients in the Arabian Gulf.
This CredITMentor software services contract offers ultimate flexibility to Network International, as it enables the processor to `reserve` a specified number of support hours over a 12-month period. During this period, Network International can make best use of the PIC Solutions` software services personnel, as and when they are most required. This allows for maximum flexibility of specialist resources, combined with fixed monthly budgeting.
John Rummery, General Manager of Network International, states: "The PIC Solutions CredITMentor service represents a flexible offering which provides short notice capacity when additional specialist personnel are most needed. The initial assignment will involve PIC Solutions providing us with on-site technical and user support personnel for our state-of-the-art VisionPLUS account processing system."
Mike Crawley, Director of Software Services at PIC Solutions, adds: "PIC Solutions has an extensive track record of assignments with the VisionPLUS account processing system. We have successfully delivered VisionPLUS projects ranging from implementations, customisations, upgrades and integrations to the TRIAD adaptive control system, for clients all over the world. Network International has the security of knowing that specialist skills are close at hand when they are needed most."
