Networks Unlimited has been selected as a value-added reseller (VAR) for Radical, the locally developed customer relationship management (CRM) software from Solutional.

Networks Unlimited has taken on Radical in addition to its already extensive stable of products in the network management, productivity and security environment. Networks Unlimited represents NetOp Remote Control, NetOp School, SurfControl, MIMEsweeper, Sophos, Inventory Manager and SNMPc in SA.
Radical is very flexible and easily customisable with its easy-to-use Forms Editor, Forms Designer and Business Rule/Workflow Processor.
"Customers that have implemented Radical are very impressed with the ability to mould and grow the product as their business environment changes," says Carol Grave, product manager for Radical at Networks Unlimited. Expense management, sales tracking and order tracking systems are just a few of the vertical markets that have been successfully addressed with Radical.
"We are very excited about this impressive CRM product by Solutional," says Grave, who has spent the past eight months assessing the help desk/contact centre market. "I have talked to many companies that have a similar solution, but their business has either outgrown their present system or the exchange rate on these imported solutions makes it extremely expensive to renew or purchase further licences."
This, says Grave, is the reason why Radical is very desirable. "It has the functionality to address companies` specific needs and the flexibility to change with the business. Because Radical is locally developed, it is priced to suit the South African pocket."
Using Radical`s powerful drag-and-drop functionality, unlimited user-defined fields, tables and forms can be effortlessly added. Value lists, formulas, reports, queries, views, notifications and the entire user interface can also be customised.
Working with SQL server, Radical provides customers with business intelligence functionality and a database that has the ability to adopt and be moulded to the individual organisation`s own unique business processes. Radical`s Package Editor, Business Rule Processor and analytical tools and filters make it unique from any other product currently playing in the South African SME marketplace.
Radical has been successfully implemented in more than 25 local organisations since it was taken to market only 18 months ago. These implementations range from a simple IT help desk right through to national call centres and full customer relationship management solutions.
