HP Marketing Operations is making significant progress to transform, standardise and simplify marketing processes across HP and to evolve tools to foster efficiency and excellence. A new asset management platform, HP Asset Hub, will be introduced starting 8 July to replace Creative Express.
The aim of the new pan-HP asset management platform is to advance the way you work and to drive marketing effectiveness and cost-efficiency. Designed for HP marketers, agency partners and channel partners, HP Asset Hub provides the foundation to evolve today's fragmented landscape of isolated asset repositories towards one centralised asset management system for standardised, brand-compliant assets across HP.
HP Asset Hub has been developed in collaboration with key marketing stakeholders to deliver a modern, intuitive user interface, simplified, Google-like search, high-speed upload and download performance, and asset sharing capabilities to allow you to easily and effectively find, manage and distribute assets.
All Garage agency partners will be required to use HP Asset Hub for all HP projects from 15 July.
When will HP Asset Hub go live?
HP Asset Hub will launch on 8 July. As the first step of the transition towards a consolidated asset management system, all assets currently residing in Creative Express and Creative Express users will be migrated to HP Asset Hub by 8 July.
When will HP Creative Express retire?
Creative Express will be discontinued by 31 July and will not be accessible beyond this date. Creative Express users should take HP Asset Hub training and start using HP Asset Hub as soon as possible.
