Cesare Capobianco will join BMC Software`s sales team as VP of sales for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), reporting to Cos Santullo, senior VP, worldwide sales and services.
Capobianco will have overall responsibility for the enterprise management solutions provider`s sales operations and execution in EMEA, the company said in a statement, adding that Capobianco`s coverage will include 19 countries.
He will join BMC, effective 1 December, from HP where he served as VP and GM of the software global business unit in EMEA.

Capobianco began his career at HP, where for 20 years he progressed through successive enterprise IT sales and marketing roles. He holds an electronic engineering degree from the University of Rome.
