New generation CopyPrinter from Gestetner

Gestetner South Africa, a leading provider of total document solutions, launches the CP6334 CopyPrinter, which enables high volume, professional quality printing on a budget.

This CopyPrinter delivers high productivity with 135 pages per minute (ppm) versus the industry average of 120ppm, and versatility as it can accommodate a wide variety of paper stocks and sizes of up to A3, with the option of adding some colour at a competitive price.

This makes it ideal for the professional printers, walk-in print shops and large corporate in-house print departments requiring quality results, cost savings, and reduced outsourcing.

The high image quality is achieved through its unique HQ system, which delivers excellent quality ink and master combined with automatic print pressure control, providing consistent and accurate image reproduction.

An enhanced paper feed mechanism ensures productivity, with a retry mechanism resending misfed pages to ensure that production can continue non-stop. The option of a larger capacity paper tray, holding 3 000 sheets, enables productivity to be enhanced even further.

The introduction a new main motor that improves machine durability is a further advantage for high volume customers. The extended durability of its long run master, up from 2 000 to 4 000 sheets, contributes to more printing efficiency and cost reductions.

Unique features include the document storage function that enables stored images to be printed straight from PC or scanner. An optional PostScript module further offers Mac users connectivity in any environment, enabling users to print and receive documents from different locations.
