HP has introduced two new, affordable multi-format graphics printers that cater for today`s graphics and imaging needs, to the South African marketplace.
Available from Rectron, the HP Designjet 30 replaces HP`s 10ps, 20ps and 50ps printers, while the Designjet 130 replaces the 120.
The Designjet 30, for example, features dye-based inks and 240dpi printing that together with HP`s Photo paper offer fade resistant, photo quality images that last approximately 70 years.
The Designjet 130 saves time and money by publishing high-quality colour printing, all done in-house, as well as an A2/C-size tray that can print a range of sizes from postcards to posters.
"South African graphics designers, ad agencies and marketing departments can now all take advantage the Designjet 30 and 130 series` superior workflow functionalities and affordable pricing," comments Zandr'e Rudolph, HP product manager at Rectron.
Both printers, together with HP`s new printing media and dye-based inks, offer accurate colour consistency and a wide gamut of colour with smooth transitions, arming photographers, graphics designers and advertising agencies with stunning portfolios, proofs and sellable prints.
